Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and chop the onion. Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Clean and slice the champignons.
  3. In a large baking dish (ensure it's big enough to accommodate the pasta later), combine the olive oil, chopped onions, minced garlic, sliced champignons, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  5. Place the covered dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. About 15 minutes before the mushroom mixture is done, start cooking the gluten-free pasta according to the package instructions. Aim to have it ready around the same time as the mushroom mixture.
  7. After 45 minutes, carefully remove the baking dish from the oven and remove the foil.
  8. Add the vegan cooking cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, oregano, and marjoram to the mushroom mixture. Stir well to combine.
  9. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the baking dish with the mushroom cream sauce. Gently mix everything together, ensuring the pasta is well coated.
  10. Return the baking dish to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  11. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
  12. Enjoy your creamy mushroom pasta while it's hot!
