Instructions

- In a high-speed blender, combine the soaked cashews, 700 milliliters of water, 6 tablespoons of tapioca starch, 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, and 2 teaspoons of salt. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour the cashew mixture into a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes stretchy. This will take about 5-7 minutes. The mixture will change from a liquid to a thick, gooey, stretchy consistency.
