Marble Bars Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20x30cm baking dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare the batter for the basic chocolate sheet cake according to the recipe and set it aside. Do not bake it yet.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the vegan cream cheese, tofu, vanilla pudding powder, vanilla sugar, coconut oil, vegan sour cream, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour half of the chocolate cake batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
- Repeat with the remaining chocolate cake batter and cream cheese mixture.
- Use a knife or spatula to create swirls in the mixtures, creating a marbled effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheesecake layer is set and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
