Rice Pudding Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the rice (short grain rice if you have it), oat milk and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20-25 minutes or until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened.
