Rice Pudding Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rice (short grain rice if you have it), oat milk and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20-25 minutes or until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened.
- Stir in the vanilla sugar, regular sugar, and 2,5 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Mix well.
