White Chocolate Ganache

A creamy and smooth vegan white chocolate ganache, perfect for topping cakes, filling pastries, or simply enjoying on its own. This luxurious treat is easy to make and adds a rich, sweet touch to any dessert. Enjoy its velvety texture and delightful white chocolate flavor in various sweet creations.

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegan white chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Now you have two methods of melting the chocolate.
  3. Method 1: In a small saucepan, heat the vegan cooking cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Do not let it boil. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for a minute to soften the chocolate. Stir the mixture gently with a whisk or spatula until the chocolate is completely melted and the ganache is smooth and glossy.
  4. Method 2: Put chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and pour the vegan cooking cream over the chocolate. Microwave the chocolate in 15-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted. Be careful since white chocolate melts at a lower temperature than dark chocolate and it can burn easily.
  5. Allow the ganache to cool slightly before using it as a topping, filling, or dip.
  6. For a thicker consistency, let the ganache cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate it for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Store any leftover ganache in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Reheat gently before using.
