Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a 22cm cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Prepare the egg replacer according to package instructions in a large bowl.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar, soy milk, and oil to the prepared egg replacer. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
