Instructions
- You can make normal crepes or gluten-free crepes it's up to you. Prepare the vegan crepes according to the recipe. This should yield about 8 crepes.
- While the crepes are cooling slightly, prepare the chocolate decorations:
- Chop the vegan dark chocolate and melt it using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan whipped cream and cocoa powder. Whisk until well blended and the mixture holds soft peaks. Be careful not to overmix.
- To assemble, lay a crepe flat on a plate.
- Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of vegan chocolate spread in the center of the crepe, leaving a border around the edges.
