  1. You can make normal crepes or gluten-free crepes it's up to you. Prepare the vegan crepes according to the recipe. This should yield about 8 crepes.
  2. While the crepes are cooling slightly, prepare the chocolate decorations:
  3. Chop the vegan dark chocolate and melt it using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
