Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.
  2. Prepare the pizza dough according to your recipe. Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each portion into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Thinly slice the leek and bell peppers.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced leek and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Roll out one portion of dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Spread 1/2 of pizza sauce over the dough. Evenly distribute half of the sautéed leek, half of the vegan tuna, and half of the sliced yellow and orange bell peppers over the dough. Sprinkle with half of the shredded vegan cheese.
  6. Transfer the assembled pizza to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Repeat it for the other pizza.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your flavorful Mediterranean Pizza!
