Instructions

  1. Mix the prepared vegan cottage cheese with the starch until well combined.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or melted vegan butter.
  4. Place two sheets of phyllo dough in the bottom of the baking dish,
  5. Spread half of the vegan cottage cheese mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
  6. Place two more sheets of phyllo dough on top of the cheese layer.
  7. Spread the remaining vegan cottage cheese mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
  8. Place the final two sheets of phyllo dough on top.
  9. In a small bowl, mix the vegan yoghurt and vegan sour cream until well combined. Spread the yoghurt and sour cream mixture evenly over the top layer of phyllo dough.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pie is heated through.
