Instructions

  1. Rinse the millet thoroughly under running water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the millet in water, then add oat milk, coconut oil, vanilla sugar, and coconut sugar.
  3. Continue cooking until the millet is soft and creamy, stirring occasionally.
  4. Chop the dried apricots and add them to the cooked millet along with the vegan cooking cream and apricot jam.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan (25cm).
