Vegan Cheesecake Marble Bars

Delicious vegan cheesecake marble bars made with a chocolate sheet cake base, topped with a creamy cheesecake mixture and swirled for a marbled effect. These bars offer a perfect balance of rich chocolate and smooth cheesecake, creating a visually stunning and tasty treat. Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20x30cm baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the batter for the basic chocolate sheet cake according to the recipe and set it aside. Do not bake it yet.
  3. In a blender or food processor, combine the vegan cream cheese, tofu, vanilla pudding powder, vanilla sugar, coconut oil, vegan sour cream, lemon juice and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour half of the chocolate cake batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
  6. Repeat with the remaining chocolate cake batter and cream cheese mixture.
  7. Use a knife or spatula to create swirls in the mixtures, creating a marbled effect.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheesecake layer is set and slightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  10. Cut into bars and serve chilled. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
