Instructions
- Drain and rinse canned beans thoroughly.
- Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces. Finely dice the onion.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 5 minutes, until it becomes translucent.
- Add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for another minute, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
