- Prepare the chickpea spread according to recipe instructions.
- Remove crusts from each slice of bread.
- Cut each crustless bread slice into 4 equal squares.
- Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Wash, deseed, and very finely cut the red bell pepper.
