Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
- Boil the potatoes, carrots and green peas in a pot of salted water until they are tender but still firm, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let them cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, carrots, and green peas.
- Add 100 grams of vegan mayonnaise and 100 grams of vegan yoghurt to the bowl. Mix well until all the vegetables are evenly coated.
