Instructions
- Press and crumble the firm tofu.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté until softened. Add crumbled tofu and fry for a few minutes.
- In a bowl mix together all remaining ingredients. Add to the pan and sauté until the sauce is nicely incorporated into the tofu.
- Serve hot with toast or as a filling for wraps.
Notes
- Pressing tofu well makes the scramble less watery and helps it brown.
